Post Prom Info this Friday 6/2 from 11:30 pm-3:00am!
Here is some important info regarding Post Prom.
*Open to all Seniors—attending prom is not required to attend party. There is no re-entry once the student leaves Hillcrest.
*Party Waiver – All Students require a guardian signature
*Signing Wall– Create a 8.5 x 11 message to your senior
Volunteer at the Party: 2:30pm-3:00 am at Hillcrest: We need your help to make this a great night for all the seniors! To volunteer click: HERE
*Set up (2:30pm-5:30pm, 5:30pm-10:30pm)
*Chaperone & Assist with Party (11:30pm-3:00am)
*Clean up on Saturday (8am-11am)
Donations for Raffle: We are in need of prizes—we are behind from past years & the more the better! Consider pooling your money with others to purchase a more expensive prize.

Signing Wall: Post a special message for your senior from 7:00–10:30 pm at Hillcrest. We are proving a 8.5” x 11” template, markers & glue for you to create your message at Hillcrest OR create it before you arrive.
Many include pictures (of their senior, their friends, w/their prom date). Note: messages will not be returned, unless your senior brings it home with them.

Party Waivers: Required for all seniors and non-senior dates. Students under 18 must have guardian signature.
Complete online; then print out and return to PTSA mailbox.
*Also accepting waivers night of party, (in which case, students over 18 will not need a guardians’ signature).
Bring to Hillcrest cafe between 2:30–11:00 pm on Friday, June 2.

One of the best ways to enhance your family’s experience at THS is to become involved in your school community. Studies show that parent and student involvement in education increases your children’s chances for success in school and in life. Joining the PTSA is a great way to support your child and our school! PTSA is a national non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the well being of children, youth, and families for over 100 years. As a PTSA member, there are many opportunities for you to become involved. Start by joining and getting on the email list: attend a meeting; see what appeals to you most; and make it fit your schedule. We are aware that many families are busy with work so even an hour contribution is valued and appreciated.
